Role Description

The Internal IT Officer will work with the Head of Operations to implement UYDO’s internal IT strategy. You will monitor and implement innovations in work tools to support and empower UYDO’s local and virtual teams, and provide technical guidance and support to UYDO personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update UYDO’s standard tools list
  
• Develop and enforce IT policy
  
• Research and suggest new innovations for use by individuals and across teams
  
• Design and implement tools and infrastructure
  
• Provide technical support and perform administrative activities

Requirements

• Strong IT background
  
• Salesforce.com interest and/or experience beneficial
  
• Web development experience
  
• Ability in using IT tools to respond to business needs
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Ability to work on own initiative and multi-task
  
• Ability to work with members of different backgrounds
  
• Able to commit to monthly team meetings in London
  
• Commitment to UYDO's aims and objectives
  
• This post is voluntary and we're ideally looking for a commitment of 7-14 hours a week for 1 year
