Mercy, a widow, is an aviation student. She has been in the fresh produce business (mainly tomatoes) for the last three years.

After her husband’s death in 2007 Mercy struggled to maintain the business while raising her three children. With the loan Mercy intends to revive her business. The money will be used to lease a farm to grow tomatoes and buy seeds. She still gets orders from her clients. Mercy intends to buy tomatoes from other farmers before the ones on her farm grow.

Mercy’s vision is to grown the business until she is able to export the tomatoes.
