Daniel was among the 13 finalists in YBI’s Entrepreneur of the Year Awards 2009! His business was doing well until his landlord recently reallocated his display space to another businessman. Daniel therefore needs to relocate as he cannot otherwise display his products. He has identified a good location with a good potential for customers but it is expensive to secure. Daniel would like to borrow about £185 to secure a small workshop and renovate it. The monthly rent for such a workshop is about £34 and he believes his business can afford this cost every month. He aims to repay the loan within six months.
